Today I have the pleasure to disclose the experience of documenting my friend at their beautiful cabin, please keep reading and give me your thoughts at the end of the post. During my hourney in Melbourne I have being fortunate enough to meet incredible people and these two aren’t different. I met Neri & Manu back in the years when we were working together to promote their brand Ottaway The Label on my business Live Folk. By the way, if you don’t know their fashion brand yet, make sure you visit the website and stalk them on socials.
Back to the session, turns out we became friends and on our first dinner at their house I got impressed with the house and I thought “I need to photograph this place someday soon…”. Well, after almost two years the day has come and we produced a beautiful session inside the most beautiful Melbourne cabin.
The Cabin
The unique place was located in South Melbourne (yes, it was located, the place was take down to built a new build – shame) and they hire the place until the landlord decided to move forward to a new project. The main house was a standad old shool place, but when you get to see after the kitchen you discover a new whole world heheh. I’m describing the place as I felt for the fist time and I guess you’re gonna be impressed looking at the photos as well.
Neri & Manu, I know you guys had such an epic time living in this fairy tale, the time has come to move to another place and I’m beyond honoured to the the one who photograph you for the last time in this special place. Thanks a lot for the friendship, see you soon.
É incrível mano. Como depois de 6,7 anos vc ainda continua me inspirando. Vc foi uma das minhas primeiras referências na fotografia de casamento. E ainda continua sendo um grande professor. Mesmo nao dizendo palavra alguma. Ficou lindo demais o ensaio véio! Tamo junto Fabão! Bjo pra Ju!
